When I saw this in the news, I had one of my "Gee, Why Didn't I Think of That" moments! This woman was panhandling for a boob job!

Although I don't need boobs, I'm not past stealing someone elses idea...minus the bikini ! ! !

Maybe I need to find a street with more traffic!
